Hawthorn is a casual, contemporary, Christian Church that meets Sundays at 10 AM. You're invited to check us out this Sunday for practical Bible teaching, great music, a fun kids program and a church which invites you to come as you are!
Hawthorn Church of Christ is located at 42 Angas Road, Hawthorn, SA, Australia, 5062. We are close to the corner of Angas Road and Sussex Terrace.

Coffee, Craft, and Chat is about to enter its third year. The display in the foyer today will give you some idea of what we have been doing. You are invited to a basket lunch at Angela's and to view a video about the work of the House of Grace. Judy will be our speaker, 9:30am at 20 O'Neil St, Panorama, on an unknown day.
Encounter Ensemble will be presenting a Variety/Sacred concert for Holly Residential Care, Pennys Hill Rd, Hackham, on Tuesday 6th July at 2:00pm.
This has also been released and thanks to Alison (and others) for putting this together.
The feature team this week is the third Men's team (Paul, Elliot, Aidan, Caleb, Trevor, Chris) who have lost by 1 point for the last two weeks - a little frustrating. Thanks particularly to Rachel and Paul for managing the team. There are no matches next Saturday (10th) being the middle weekend of the school holidays. Enjoy the break.
There will still be practice tomorrow night (5th) with the arrangements as per normal at Westbourne Park Primary School:
7pm - 8pm Under 8's, 12's
8pm - 9pm All Men's teams
The church directory has been revised and there are hard copies of this on the foyer table for those who would like to take one. Thanks particularly to Alison and John for their work in putting this together. It is recognised that not all the details will be up to date, but efforts have been made to achieve this. Please advise Alison or Trevor where further changes are required.
It was great to welcome into membership Christine & Dennis, and John last Sunday morning.
David will be taking a week's holiday from this coming Thursday. Please contact one of the elders rather than David over this period.
Thanks to everyone who brought along food for last Sunday's church lunch and particularly to the great team of helpers - Jenny, Viv, Leonne & John, Alli, Gary, Andrew, Megan, Matt, Rebecca and David, Ruth, Richard, Kristin and Ben, Jo and Trevor, and Maurice. It was a great time for sharing together. The next lunch will be on 25th July.
This prayer breakfast will be on Saturday the 17th of July (a little later than usual) in order to avoid the middle of the school holidays. All other arrangements will be as per normal.
